Designing Your System

Our work begins with the design of your system.  Thousands of components are needed to build a Hybrid Power System.  Knowing your needs is first on the list.  Our design staff have hundreds of combined years of experience in developing these systems.  Upon taking on your project, we enter into a long-term business relationship lasting months and in some cases years in order to produce the perfect solution to our customers needs.

      Site Evaluation

One of the components in understanding or customer's  needs  requires a onsite evaluation.  Each job and customer we partner with has it's own set of logistical issues.  In the early stages of any project, our team of experts will travel to the location where the power system will be installed and conduct an on-site field evaluation.  Experience has taught us that pre-planning inevitably saves our customer's money and eliminates potential mistakes.

     Manufacturing & Assembly

Once a final design is complete, production begins.  Most of the components are built in our factory. However, often components are shipped and assembled at the customer's  location.  When ever possible, using local skilled labor on the job often reduces on-site costs while at the same time provides jobs to the local economies of our customers.  GSWP sees this as a "win, win."

       Erection On Site

Installing a Hybrid Power System requires skilled labor to assemble all of the components.  Most systems include tower fabrication, solar panel installations, battery storage systems, backup power generators, and in some cases water purification.  GSWP not only provides our own highly trained mechanics to complete on-site installations, but often trains locals in the process as well.

       Connect to Grid

Many GSWP customers require grid connections in order to provide electricity to their local communities.  One of the unique features of GSWP's Hybrid Power Systems is that they can run independently or in conjunction with existing grids.

      Placing In Operation

One of the greatest senses of gratification comes when a GSWP Hybrid System is powered up for the first time in a village where no power previously existed.  Knowing that an entire community of people will be benefiting from our efforts and seeing the smiles permanently placed on the villagers faces makes most other business accomplishments seem miniscule.  At GSWP, we count it a privilege to be in a position where we can make a huge difference in people's lives by what we do.

Training the Locals to Maintain the System

After a Hybrid Energy system is completed and functional, continuing to keep the system operational requires training.  At GSWP we feel that training the locals to maintain their system is imperative.  As a result, part of our contract with any Hybrid Energy System customer includes passing our knowledge along to those who will be responsible for seeing that it remains in service year after year.  Our training includes managers as well as those who will be servicing all of the component parts.
