Donald Logsdon, President / CEO
Mr.
Donald Logsdon is the founder and current
President of Logsdon and Associates, Inc., a
consulting firm formed in 2003. Mr. Logsdon’s
consulting activities have been successful in
assisting a diverse range of companies including
sales companies, engineering companies, and
manufacturers to gain market penetration in
specific industries and specific markets. In
2004, Logsdon and Associates, Inc. began
consulting with manufacturers of renewable
energy systems, assisting in their expansion
into international markets.
Formerly, Mr. Logsdon was the Managing Member
for Nevada Resources Group, LLC (NRG), a private
economic development and political consulting
firm in the State of Nevada. From
1984–1992. As CEO of LSP (Logsdon Specialty
Products), the company acquired three additional
manufacturing companies, introduced
International Sales and Marketing teams around
the world, brought online five (5) full-scale
manufacturing facilities, established
international distribution centers and launched
four (4) major product lines each year. The
impact of the company’s achievements
internationally continues today.
The
Logsdon Family successfully sold the company to
a Fortune 500 company. From
1974 to 1992, Mr. Logsdon was a member of the
Executive Committee at Logsdon Specialty
Products Company (LSP) and held several
Executive positions, during his tenure at LSP
the company invented several products that have
become foundation products in the plumbing and
building industry. .

Greg Jones, Executive
Vice President / Administration & Finance
Mr.
Jones holds a Masters in Business Administration
from the University of Nevada, Reno with an
emphasis in environmental business. Before
joining GLOBALWP, Mr. Jones was the Executive
Director for a non-profit organization dedicated
to promoting sustainability and green building
practices and techniques. Mr. Jones was
instrumental in managing outreach and
communications, volunteer recruitment,
organizational finances, and strategic process
implementation.
Mr.
Jones has a diverse 10 year career background
including manufacturing, warehousing,
purchasing, financial and economic analysis,
customer service, marketing and sales, and
program management and development. Mr.
Jones has chosen to work with and for
organizations that are devoted to the
integration of environmental and business
concerns.

Peter Krysinski, VP
Sales
Mr. Krysinski is a
profit-driven professional qualified by over 20
years of visible achievements in sales and
business development. He is a leader and team
player with stellar track record of superior
performance in Domestic and International
Strategic Sales and Business Planning. Mr.
Krysinski continues the vision of Global Sun
Wind & Power, with the well-rounded expertise
and knowledge so necessary in understanding a
growing business in today’s connected economy.

company goals, Mr. Krysinksi shows comprehensive
knowledge of all matters related to the business

Scott Stadler, Sales
Administrator
As Sales
Administrator, Scott Stadler is dedicated to
providing leadership to ensure that Global Sun Wind,
and Power provides each customer with the highest
customer service possible. Global customers can
count on the Sales Administration Team to deliver
products and services as promised. The Team is
customer driven and incorporates the company’s focus
on integrity, superior service, and open
communication. The Sales Administration Team main
role is to coordinate the contract administration to
their successful completion.
Scott Stadler has
over twenty years experience as a customer service
and operations manager at USAA, an integrated
financial service corporation known for providing
“world class” customer service through field and
call-center operations. He has also served in
Quality, Compliance, and Human Resource specialties
leading or as part of Center of Excellence Teams.
In addition, he created many quality improvement
and audit tools, as well as systems for enhanced
service delivery and customer communication.
Scott graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the
State University of New York, Oneonta.
As an avid outdoor
enthusiast who enjoys cycling, running, kayaking,
hiking and camping, Scott understands the importance
of the “green revolution.”

Eileen C. Lorimore, In-House Legal Counsel
Ms.
Lorimore Fuller has an Undergraduate Degree in
Psychology and a Juris Doctorate from Santa
Clara University. During her years at SCU she
attended Oxford University (Oxford England) for
studies in comparative legal analysis was
selected for an internship in a solicitor's
office in the Inns of Court.
Ms.
Lorimore Fuller's legal practice has
included asbestos defense and appeals for
Owens-Corning, general corporate formation,
corporate compliance and representation of
business clients in transactional cases,
litigation of business disputes, and
construction defect litigation. Ms. Lorimore
Fuller was formerly Approved Panel Counsel for
Hilton Hotels Corp; Continental Airlines, Public
Storage Corporation, California Insurance
Guarantee Association (subro only); American
Licorice Co.; Atlantic Mutual Companies;
Cambridge Integrated Services; Gallagher Bassett
Insurance Services; Republic Indemnity;
Specialty Risk Service, The Hartford, and Zurich
Insurance.
In
the Alternative Energy/Microfinance fields, from
2000-2002 she was a partner in a Independent
Power Provider (IPP) company “Power For Less”
which led to an ongoing interest in providing
clean energy to the areas of the world where the
lack of electricity perpetuates the cycle of
poverty. Currently, Eileen is a legal mentor
for the California Clean Tech Open competition,
New Venture Creation classses in conjunction
with Stanford University, and maintains
memberships in the Silicon Valley Microfinance
Network, Women Advancing Microfinance, The
Global Summit on Microcredit, and several other
groups.

Ken Stokes, VP of
Logistics
Mr.
Stokes will be primarily responsible for managing
and overseeing all aspects of Global’s facility
expansions, new construction projects and the
installation of products throughout the world. Mr.
Stokes has over 25 years of experience in all
aspects of real estate development and construction
and has held several executive positions from
Project Manager to President and CEO. For the past
10 years Mr. Stokes has been a consultant
representing Builders and Developers in project
analysis, acquisition, entitlements, construction,
and sales. He worked closely with the engineers,
architects, contractors, and brokers to ensure the
projects were completed on time and within budget.
Mr. Stokes attended The University of Southern
California and majored in Business Administration
with an Emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.

Ralph Belden, Executive
VP / Research & Development
Renewable Energy Systems in all of their aspects
have been the focus of Mr. Belden's endeavors
forthe past 28+ years. Specifically, Mr. Belden
completed the design, manufacture,
proof-of-performance, and the successful
deployment of complete wind based / hybrid power
systems for the total electrification of several
dozen remote area villages in the developing
world. Mr. Belden has been granted 18 patents
in numerous countries, detailing a completely
new concept in wind turbine design; one, which
has successfully proven to resolve many
theoretical and operational problems,
encountered in the use of small / medium wind
turbines for electrical generation. The
alternator used in these wind turbines are also
of a completely different and improved design,
conceived by Mr. Belden, and developed by him
and/or under his direction.
Mr. Belden has retained personal responsibility
for all manufacturing documents, performance
testing of all materials, specification for all
manufacturing and production implementation. He
has also taken on the responsibility for the
training of distributors and dealers on
renewable energy systems. Furthermore, Mr.
Belden has written numerous manuals on renewable
energy systems.

Dennis Hart, CAD and Structural Engineer
Mr.
Hart has more than 45 years of experience in
managing engineering departments, designing
inventive products and the tooling to produce
them. Mr. Hart's experience ranges from managing
international engineering groups to tooling
manufacturing departments. He has more than 25
patents in switching systems, scuba diving
equipment, sprinklers, plumbing equipment,
valves, regulators and building components. He
is highly qualified in 3D solid modeling, FEA
(finite element analysis), mold flow analysis
and cost analysis. He has also authored more
than 50 instruction manuals and ANSI
specifications.

Richard “Dusty” Cooney
Mr. Richard J. Cooney
(Dusty) has over 27 years experience in the
renewable energy industry and has worked with
both small and large wind turbine projects
throughout the world for companies including
Carter, Bergy, Vestas, and GE. Before Global,
he was the CEO of Earth Scientific National
(est. 1992).
Mr. Cooney has a mechanical
engineering degree from the University of
Minnesota and served a 2-year internship with
the USGS in Geologic Studies. Mr. Cooney is
currently a member of the American Society of
Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Minnesota
Renewable Energy Council (MREC).
